Please read carefully our appointment policy. Once you book you agree to all policies bellow.
• A non- refundable deposit of fifty ( $50 ) is required when booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your remaining balance of your booked service.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee and it will be to the discretion of the artist if they can service you.
• No call/No shows will forfeit the deposit and charge full amount of service.
• While we understand things happen. Clients can cancel or reschedule 1 time only. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours. If not, you will forfeit your deposit.
• We do not offer refunds for any service or training courses.
• If there’s any problems with the service you received, the client must let us know within 48 hours to avoid any additional fees.
We understand that life and emergencies happen, but we cannot make excuses to these policies.
